1) Before posting make sure you select the best marketplace sub-category for your item.
2) The purpose of this forum is to support private-party member-to-member transactions. Examples include the sale of MINI-related tire and wheel sets, body pieces, tools, etc. (Please include the city and/or zip code in your post to assist perspective buyers with shipping).
3) No links to eBay auctions, craigslist, cars.com, or other selling services. (Effective for new threads made after Sept. 12, 2007)
4) No for sale posts without an asking price. Vehicles or items posted without an asking price will result in a warning. Additional posts or refusal to provide a price will result in the thread being removed and a strike issued to your account. For information on our two strike policy please refer to our site guidelines.
5) No Group Buy or commerical party posting unless the party is a recognized NAM vendor. Group buys may only be supported by a vendor having an advertising agreement in place with NAM and may only be posted in the Vendor Group Buys forum. For more information on our advertising programs please use the Contact Us form.
6) No non-MINI-related items or services. Please use your discretion. For example, a camera might be allowed since you can take pictures of your MINI while a gift card to Home Depot would not. If the Marketplace moderators can not see the item/service being directly MINI-related it will be removed without warning.
7) Any violation of the above policy may result in the post being removed without warning.
8) NAM will not arbitrate disputes occurring from transactions in the Marketplace forums. If a dispute does arise and a member is being unresponsive to the other party NAM will send an email to that member indicating that they have seven days to follow up with the original party reporting the dispute. If, after seven days, no response has been made that user will be banned from the site.
