Pop/Gurgle gone?! 09 fJCW Any ideas to get it back?

Well recently I had someone reset a CEL light that came on because my vacuum hose became loose after driving to work. Plugged the hose back in and the CEL wouldn't go away and the dealer was very far. So my friend just cleared the CEL with a generic OB tuner.

Ever since we cleared the CEL I have little to no pop/gurgle and I have deleted my resonator for a while now and loved it. Any thoughts on getting it back with that overrun or different exhaust setup? Please give ideas.

Was looking to add a DP but not sure if it would help since i've heard this is all ECU based.

How long has it been?

I'm assuming to clear the CEL you reset the ECU. It may take a few days for the ECU to relearn and get the pops back.

It's been about 24 hours.
How much learning does the ECU take? Driving Style? or what exactly does it learn?

Just disconnect your battery and press and hold your brake pedal for 10 seconds. That should reset it. Not sure if it'll help but hey, it's free! :P

Definitely the right idea, but the result would be the same. Disconnecting the battery and resetting the ecu will still cause the system to need to re-learn and adjust. Then it should return.
