How to on removing JCW bumper cover?

Can anyone provide some insight on doing this? Started to install my Helix intercooler into a 2012 JCW clubman and couldn't seem to get to all the fasteners. Did this twice on a Cooper S already.

Have you watched the Helix video on the install? I just did the Helix intercooler install this weekend too with just the video as a reference.

I have done this twice on a Cooper S according to the Helix video. The JCW front end is different.

I did it on my JCW as well, only difference that the video failed to mention was disconnecting the brake duct. You just have to press on it and it'll separate. I don't know if that helps, though!

From the video, it seems like the pop fastners on the underside of the bumper are easy to remove. However, mine seem to be recessed and difficult to get to. I'm trying to get the bumper off to remove the front badge. Have you had any luck ignitionmodule?

No luck at all. I got down to probably the last 2 or three fasteners I couldn't locate and then put everything back together for a grand total of 2 hours of nothing.

Have an appointment with DDM Works tomorrow to just let them do it this time around. I will probably stick to only wrenching on my 69 Chevy from now on - it's not frustrating.

After they're done, would you mind asking them how they got the bumper off?

ignitionmodule, I removed my bumper this afternoon using the video as a guide. To get to the recessed fasteners, I just used two flat-head screwdrivers and pried out the middle of the pop fasteners and used a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the Phillips pop fasteners. The process was exactly like the video.
