Hey everybody, This is my first posting and I want to thank all the NAM members for their advice and enthusiasm. I stumbled onto NAM @ 6 months ago, when I was researching a 2012 Countryman all4. I was also considering a 2011 BMW 328. I went to a few dealers here in the northeast to do some test drives and see which one was really going to "steal my heart". To make a complicated story simple, neither one put rainbows in my eyes, but I saw a metallic black 2012 John Cooper Works that literally buckled my legs. It was like....a shaft of light came down from the heavens and shone directly on that JCW. My head became filled with the trumpeting of angels. Everything in the world faded away and it was just me.....and the JCW. Whew! I'm gettin' alittle carried away! Anyway, I started to research the JCW on this website, and on March 7, I placed my order for a all black 2012 JCW hardtop !!! Today, March 17, it moved from "on order" to "scheduled for production". I'll post details later, but I just wanted to introduce myself , thank all you terrific members for your postings, and let everyone know how happy I am to now be a member of the Mini/JCW family. ***Break on through...Johnny Quest
