Paint stock factory JCW wheels

I know a few folks have painted your challenge spokes black:

1) did you paint or powder-coat?
2) what was the cost?
3) what are your impressions?
4) does anyone have any pics?

I opted to have mine powder coated, found a shop locally that stripped and coated them for $65 per wheel, which is the best price around here. I had painted winter wheels on my subaru and I could not get them to hold up to all the sand and dirt on our roads. So far the PC is looking great. Here's a link to some pictures:

I had been thinking about doing this for quite some time. I was either going to have the Challenge wheels powder coated or I was going to get 17" ROTA RBs in flat black. The guy that details my car Phil Yiu of Detailers Domain sent them out to get powder coated. So I had my car detailed and the wheels done in one shot. I did have a small hiccup. I asked for the wheels to be done in matte black. I guess that means different things to different people. When I got them back they were a shiny black. A bit less shiny than how the Challenge wheels come in black. That was not the look I was going for. I asked for them to be redone in a flat black. I think they came out great and they are holding up really well.

Even though I went with Carbotech Bobcat ceramic brake pads last year, there was still a fair amount of dust that accumulated. Now with the black wheels you can't see any brake dust.
