Any Changes in the 2011 JCW Aero Package?

I originally posted this question on the 1st Generation list, so probably no answers to this question from there. Has anyone seen anything on the 2011 JCW, in particular the JCW Aero Package?

I've seen the Pepper White with the Red roof & mirrors, but it appears to be exactly like the 2010 except for the white top. Even the black wheel change wasn't shown on this picture, so it appears to me to be a 2010 with the top & mirrors painte Chili Red. Anyone seen or heard any rumors on this?

In April, the lie was sent out that Mini was going to add the Challenge rear diffuser, for me they can keep those, and maybe the front diffuser, as well as the power increase that is NOT coming we're told now. Sounds to me like Mini/BMW is really trying to kill the sub-brand, waiting for the R59 & R60 to come starting next summer. Maybe that's it. For the life of me, I still can't understand why they can't just add the Valvetronic to this engine, gain a little power and get a couple of more miles out of tank full of gas.

Any ideas or thougts guys? And me, ready to buy in November. If I didn't have the lease due then, I'd think seriously about waiting for the coupe to come out next August. Maybe that's a lie too.

Same here, I'd also like to know. The only difference I saw is that the 2011 models will have the brake ducts and the ones on the <2011 JCW Aero kit does not have them that wide...

The picture you saw of the pepper white is a photoshopped one, so it's not known if the Aero kit will be chenged or not.

But afaik, the new models will officially be introduced next week. If they also will show photo's or introduce a new kit..... Let's hope it's one of both otherwise we will still be guessing

Like you I had read where the rear diffuser would be part of the 2011 JCW aero pkg. So I went ahead and ordered the 2010.

denlax: So, you just ordered yourself a nice 2001 Mini cab? Yes, I know, you meant 2011. I just wish that you hadn't sent in those pictures of the Black JCW. I may have to change my BRG order, that black and red really looks Boss.

Looks like the now standard aero kit comes in a matte black finish regardless of body color. Is there an option where this can be finished in the body color? Any information would be appreciated!
