Which Coilovers to Buy?

I am thinking of buying Coilovers for my 2010 John Cooper Works Mini.
I am leaning towards M7 Coilovers. But I heard H&R Coilovers are really good also.
I really wanted to buy the JCW Suspension, but you can't adjust the ride height.
I do not track the car. I want to lower my car and I ride hard on the streets. I do not want too hard of a ride also. I don't mind it being a bit harder than stock.
Any suggestions??

I think you are OK with street coils if you do not track the car. KW V1, H&R Street Performance etc. Not sure if you want more than height adjustable but I would think that could be just too many degrees of freedom.
