gotcha... I hate those things. Too bad they don't know who was driving. How would they prove that one?

 

The municiple gives the chance to prove innocence and if someone else was driving; otherwise the fine is only $70 and it does not go on insurance record. Its like a parking ticket.

 

I'm supposed to be able to see the red light? The video is such crap I can't tell the light colors!

 

So the law talks about how when a yellow is up, you must come to a stop /if you can safely do so/. Given the apparent speed on that video, it looked like it would have been an aggressive stop had you had to have stopped for it.
