Paid MSRP on mine, and the dealer waived their normal $500 "get-ready/training" fee and is throwing in the checkered mats.

I agreed not to disclose that so they wouldn't have people beating down their door for the same deal, but I got over $1k in discounts/accessories for free (including install) with no financing markups on the lease and no dealer processing fee.

Man, I should have had you finalize my deal for me Hellion... Everything I'm doing with MINI Crowfoot is MSRP or retail sticker pricing.

I guess I'm not the negotiator you are!

Can't wait to see your JCW when it arrives!!

+1 PGT, I got the first allocation at my dealership no M/U, now there suppose to go to 5k over sticker, I'm glad I pulled the trigger early.

When I bought my Z06 they wanted 10K??? waited 8 months and I bought it with a rebate. Not going to happen with the JCW, but wait a while and the Market adjustment will more than likely disappear. Certainly can't blame the dealership for making an extra buck while they have the opportunity. Welcome to America the greatest country in the world after all.

Waiting to get deals on MINIs could result in disappointments. If the sales trends towards fuel efficient 4-cyl cars continues, MINIs will stay in short supply. BMW has stated they will not increase production in the foreseeable future, and the big 3 automakers have little to offer (Chrysler's entire fleet of vehicles are gas guzzlers). I think MINIs -- new or used -- will continue to hold value well.

Don't quote me and then change it to mis-represent what I said. I was stating that those dealers that markup the cars are losers. I NEVER said it was wrong for a business to make a profit. They are making a pretty nice profit at MSRP, but whatever, I wouldn't pay over sticker.

DON'T QUOTE ME THOUGH AND COMPLETELY CHANGE WHAT I SAID

I just picked up my 09 JCW in ATL on tuesday for sticker. It had multiple options added from the factory but it was better than waiting until october for a build from my standpoint. It is sweet to drive, but gotta be careful. Good thing a few cops are in my corner.
