HELLO everyone,
I just bought a "disassembled" mini cooper S Convertible, basically the reason why it was taken apart was because they found some mice nest in the car and the convertible top button wasn''t working so the dealer removed every panel in the car.
I was able to fix the issue... actually one of the connectors needed to be resoldered!
anyways so i put the car back together EXCEPT 3 connectors the first one is located near the gear lever (purple and white wires), i know in the 2017 mini cooper this connector would go to the drive mode selector around the gear lever, HOWEVER in 2020 the drive mode could be selected with the press of the button ( and it's working fine) so i have no clue where this is going to.
the other two looks like they are going into the armrest??? but my armrest went missing! the dealer forgot to put it back in the car. is there any electrical connector inside the armrest?
