I purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper S a few weeks ago and added a Bootmod3 tune. Car is stock but I started looking to see what intercooler options are available.

Found the Rev9 intercooler. I know it's a Chinese knock-off intercooler but I figured that for $225, I'd give it a shot.

And I have no affiliation with Rev9 just to be clear. Just figured that anyone who has thought about getting an intercooler might want to give it a try considering the price.

 

So I ordered the Rev9 intercooler. Received it and installed it. It is a high quality part. Fits perfect in the stock location. No trimming of anything needed. Bolted right in. IAT's stay very stable in all conditions.

Was well packaged as well. Came in a very thick, heavy inner high density card board box with another outer card board box.

 

So it's been well over a week driving the car with the Rev9 intercooler. Works great.

IAT's are very stable.

This is a quality part.
