I have a 2024 JCW 1to6 edition.

I installed a JCW Pro Exhaust on my car. Love it BTW. But I am having a weird issue with it.

In the morning, when I try to open the valve, it won't register. Sometimes it take 15 minutes before it will register the double-press of the building and open the valve. It's not a cold start issue as I went of town last week, came back to the airport and fired the car up at 6pm and the valve opened the moment I double-pressed the button.

So what about the morning is causing this issue? I live in AZ so it really isn't that cold in the morning, but is the "cooler" morning temp causing an issue with the valve wanting to open? Has anyone had this issue?

 

Supposedly the “detonator” controller is subject to Bluetooth interference. I’ve read Apple Watch supposedly causes issue, phone, etc. I installed mine myself and frankly have had no issues with getting it to work. The only time I’ve had an issue is when the detonator battery was low - guess was sitting on shelf a while.
