Same part for BMW and MINI.
Pull up your MINI on realoem.com and dig down into interior trim, then headliner, you'll find it there.

+1 on the black its shared and sometimes call anthracite or SCHWARZ. On the Gray aka SATELLITE GREY, its Genuine MINI
