I'm switchin' over from run-flat to normal tires & I had it all. then I try jackin' up front-end to see if it works & the scissors jack takes a dump. (not stock mini jack, no such animal) just some Amazon POS. who makes a good one fo my lowered F-56 ? Mini ? I'd just order one if I knew where ?

 

Google mini Cooper car jack kit and you'll find one on ebay asking $26.00.

 

the scissors jack is fine, I just have to make an unbreakable twist handle to raise & lower my ride. I refuse to go to a weird tire kit & carry a spare for that reason. OLD SCHOOL

 

Does the scissor jack have a hex nut on the end? If not weld a lug nut to the end of it and use a cordless impact to jackup and lower the jack.

 

no hex nut - hole. I'm going to bend a 1-piece rod instead of 2-piece rod. which broke. impact not an option, I'm the impact. harborfrieght.com
