No, it’s not possible to transfer the purchase between the two operating systems.
There’s an FAQ area on the BimmerCode site that addresses this question. BimmerLink is from the same developer.
It would be a nice option to have but I understand it’s on two different platforms and they both have their own terms and conditions.

yeh, what a shame. one thin I've gotta try, I got this android phone just sittin' there, I wonder if it'll work if I just use android phone for Bimmerlink ? it's got no phone servce BUT........ Thaanks Man

Yes, an iPhone or Android phone without cellular service will still work with BimmerCode and BimmerLink.
Remember all that’s needed is the app installed and Bluetooth or Wi-Fi depending on the type of OBD adapter you have.
Also it’s recommended while coding you turn off the cellular connection first

TRUE ! a use for my android phone. I now have a phone totally dedicated to Bimmerlink. BOOM ! thanks, I'm glad we thought of it !
