st. wheel buttons

I'm not that comfortable with wireless, bluetooth, airplane mode, android, bimmerlink app.but it works. wired, phone charging, sending-receiving calls is easy enough. Now, my curiosity is up over the "talking head & tele handle" 2 buttons on the right-hand side of St. Wheel. is there a connection sequence to get your phone through your stereo from the bottom button ? Thank You

?? If you are comfortable with Bluetooth, and sending-receiving calls, you should know what those buttons are. The talking head is for voice commands like most cars have had for the past 10 years, and the tele handle is for accepting and ending calls. This is all done through Bluetooth to your phone. If you are comfortable with Bluetooth, you should know how to pair it to your car. Depending on which year and stereo you have the process differs but it will be somewhere in Media/Phone/Settings. Good Luck.

having Bimmerlink working, I'd like to think my phone is paired-it said paired(unwired)- to my car & dongle ('15 MCS F-56) & I have BMW US radio. (with Sirius) 2015 my menu dial goes to Telephone, so I'll try that wired & see what happens. - it has to be plugged-in to be charged & send/receive calls. Thanks, this is obviously new to me !
