F55/F56 Putting in a down pipe

Putting in a down pipe

It’s a lot of work the install cat delete down pipe on a f56.
Is it worth the work?

It took me 4 hours when I did it. It's quite a tight fit and the heat shields are a pain to deal with. Still, it was worth doing it myself compared to the $400-700 labour charge that I was quoted in my area. Just make sure you have the proper tools and patience and you should be good to go. Pretty straightforward process. Let me know if you have any questions about the process.

It'll take you 3 hours to take everything off and install the pipe cause you'll be nervous about forgetting how to put everything back together. You'll get the pipe in and attached to the exhaust, and it'll take you like 30 minutes to put everything back on. Lol. Get a tune after that and you're good to go! One of the best things you can do if not the best. Coilovers and sway bar would be my top three. Don't forget too change your plugs and gap them correctly.
