Hey everyone. It just randomly came to my mind that I've never really checked my oil mid-OCI because I don't drive the car as much as I could (I end up changing the oil once a year, which happens to be at around 3000-4000 miles) although I do drive it hard (autocross/etc), I wonder what everyone else's experience is. Do you guys ever have to top it off mid-OCI? I am sure most of you drive more than me so you probably drive more than 5000 miles per OCI.

 

My F55S is just reaching 100k miles now and I find that my oil level dips close to the minimum level near 4-5k miles after the last oil change for the last few intervals.

I daily drive my car and rev it out pretty often though.

 

Just under 30,000 miles on the B36 in my F57 and I have never had to add oil between changes.

 

No measurable oil consumption in 70k miles.
