F55/F56 Any Tips on Exterior Install of a Rear Camera on a F55?

Any Tips on Exterior Install of a Rear Camera on a F55?
I want to mount a camera, part of a cheapo aftermarket mirror dashcam kit, above the and to the left of the rear license plate.

Only tip is buy a high quality camera so all your work isn't for nothing when the cheapo unit fails. We had a cheap one in the old Countryman and it wasn't very good. I also bought another one for my F56 and decided not to bother installing it.
