I am curious if anyone is having the same issue.

When the car gets hot on the inside the "o-ring" on the back of my rearview mirror pops out. Causing my mirror to loose tightness and droop. Once the inside of the car has cooled down I can pop it back in but as soon as it gets hot again it pops back out.

I can remove the mirror and fix it but cant get it back on because the ring will not allow it to fit back on. Therefore I can only fix it while attached. It is VERY annoying and would love a permanent fix or to just know someone else is experiencing the same problem and how they have fixed it,

Thank you! It was sooo helpful. Someone suggested to use a ziptie. Im gonna try that.
