Speedometer Re-Calibration after wheel/tire size change?

If I change out my basic factory 15" wheels and tires, one of the optional 16" or 17" wheels and tires (still sticking to factory sizes), do I have to something changed, reprogrammed, or recalibrated so that the speedometer will still be actuate? If so, possibly something that can be done with BimmerCode?

Two points:

No, you can’t.

Secondly, if you stick to MINI stock wheel / tire sizes the outside diameter of the tire will not change so your speedometer will not change what it’s reading out (for better or worse),

My 2016 Clubman reads 4% fast. That’s just how it’s, nothing to be done about it,

It's electronic and software controlled so it can probably be adjusted. Internally I have no idea, but a search brings up https://www.roadandtrack.com/car-cul...g-speedometer/ which will get you thinking. Don't know if this works on MINI or how much but interesting to watch.
