Removing Driver Door Sun Visor

My 2017 F56 came without Mini's best option - the driver's door sun visor. So on a trip to the US last year, I picked one up and installed it on my return home.

Problem is, I think I installed it backwards (I know, I had one job to do...) meaning, when in the up position, it curves outward - not with the curve of the headliner.

Before installing it, there were just two plastic plugs that were easy enough to remove. I popped out the covers and used a long-nosed pliers to squeeze two tabs and pop out the plastic forms. Installing the visor was just pushing it into place and pressing in the two plugs.

But removing the visor seems to be different. The two plastic plugs do not come all the way out. They're permanently fixed between the edge of the visor and the bracket.

I know it has to come out to replace the headliner but how do I remove it to turn it around? If I pop out the plugs, can I just pry the bracket out?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. But try as I might, I can't get the first part off to remove the visor from the bracket. It's impossible to grip.

I guess I'll have to live with it. Thanks again.
