I took my car in for a regular maintenance (2017 Justa with 25k kms). They said it included a visual inspection of the brakes and all looked good. But since then I hear a squeak-type sound when I hit a specific pressure with the brake pedal.

I took it back to the service center today - an hour away - and, of course, the technician and I could not get the car to make the sound. After I got about 10 kms from the service center the sound started again when braking. I really can't miss another half day of work to go back only to look like a fool if it doesn't make the sound again.

Is there anything I can check on my own? TIA.
