F55/F56 Turning left at 30+MPH and hitting some road imperfections, some noise is heard

A pop is heard, when turning left, going over big bumps or braking fast...
Hi all!
There is a noise coming from possibly suspension/drive train and is heard mostly when making a left turn at 30+ MPH, going over bigger bumps( near school zones) or braking fast from higher speeds. It sounds like a loud POP (one time noise per turn). No noise when doing right turn or when when just driving over normal roads(which don't include bumps). There is no vibration or any kind of car leaning and steering wheel is straight.
I have attached a sound file and that POP sound can be heard at exactly 7 seconds mark
Anyone heard or seen this? I am driving 2016 Mini cooper s with 21K miles - no mods

Yesterday, I heard some other noise in sport mode when I would accelerate (3K or more RPM), then would let my foot off the gas pedal quickly. Similar to what original poster describes in the link below:
