Hi all. So, I finally got a bike rack situation figured out and have a question. I bought the stainless rods that attach to the bumper inserts and put a 1up tray on there. How much do you need to tighten the 1up clamps..and is it normal for there to be a slight bow in the lower clamp after tightening. I only did it by hand until I met a bit of resistance and notice a bit of bowing. Didn't expect this. Never used a roof rack tray/clamp setup before and wanna make sure this is safe. Been calling 1up but no answer. Maybe they're closed for the weekend. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
