LED ring light does not turn on

I have a F56 2019 Cooper base model. The LED ring light worked previously and would turn on when I start the car. Today for some reason the light did not turn on. Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

Any insight is appreciated!!

I know you've probably already tried this, but have you checked the settings menu to make sure it isn't set to 'off' for some reason?

+1 on menu. Did you use a different key? Not sure if your model has profiles that go with each key as some do. When that happens different options can kick on or off.

Even if you have the small screen without the profiles setting it has features programmed to the key fob that was last used to unlock the car.
