I am thinking of getting a Platypus License Plate Holder for the front of my Mini because I didn't want to drill holes. It is connected using the Tow Hook on the front bumper. I found the location on the left side of the black plastic bumper, but I can't figure out how to get it open. There's a little arrow on the left side of the cover, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I tried to pry it open, but it wouldn't budge. Does anyone know? Also, has anyone installed this license holder? I live in California, and it's my only alternative. I've gotten away with no front plate for the past 3 years, but I heard that they are getting tougher on this law, so I thought I'd get one. Thanks
