I have a 2016 Cooper S with LED headlights and i noticed that i'm getting this micro cracks on the whole lens . Is there a TSD or recall on this ? Anyone having the same issue?

Hard to take a good picture but its a micro cracks and not a stone chips

 

I was noticing that my headlight covers were looking a little hazy, but I haven't looked closely. I assume it is just wear and tear from driving (chips, age). I will take a look to see if it is some kind of micro cracks. I have a 2014 MCS with LED headlights.
