Hate to contradict you vinnie, but incorrectamundo. This is the wheel they run.

http://www.nm-eng.com/345/0/0/3433/n...ght-wheel.html

It's an 18" wheel vs 17" and still lighter by ~3 pounds.

The 17's come in gunmetal or satin black. If you contact Jerry at NM he can talk to you about alternatives. They have VW wheels in different colors/finishes that have the same bolt pattern. All they do is CNC the center bore to 66.7 (IIRC) to fit the Mini. Or you could use hub centric rings. That's what Pedro did to get the red wheels for his "Super Mini".

Dual 6-spoke... dunno... gotta say I still love the retro/classic look of the TurboMacs... Although I still think you'd have issues with +35 offset =(

Still not set on any particular wheel just yet. Measured for spacers today, as I want to use them until I find the right wheel. Looks like spacers will be tight in the rear. Due to how low the rear actually dropped, and that lip inside the rear fender (front doesnt have this inside lip), I think I might rub when I hit bumps. Might be rethinking spacers.

Its looking like 10MM's in front and 20MM's in rear.

After seeing others with good fitment here, I used 13mm front and 15mm rear with stock wheels and 205 series tires. You must be on 195s, so in theory you could do 5mm more poke than me. 18 front and 20 rear should work in theory... Or try 15 & 18 for a little forgiveness.

My current setup rubs the rear fenders a bit, with 2mm spacers. Thinking to trim the inner lip... or just remove the 2mm! Seems like an easy thing to trim in the rear, so that's always an option if you get it slightly wrong.

I got my spacers from 42 Draft Designs. Good stuff.

Got bolts from ECS. I'd check them for spacers too... at the time I guess I didn't find what I wanted there.

The OP went with NM springs on OE struts, so no harm no foul.

why don't you like the stock wheels? Too heavy? The car looks great.

I have a 2015 justa, and recently bought the NM 22 sway, end links, and a yellow lower engine bushing. Haven't installed anything yet.

Will I feel improved handling despite the fact that I'm not lowering the car? It's low enough!

Its not that I do not like the stock wheels. I just wish they were wider. I will be adding spacers for the time being. Thanks for the compliment.

Yes, you should notice an improvement in handling.

sway

Hi. With the ST coilovers, do you need an uprated sway bar too. Or are the coilovers enough.

Up to you what "enough" is, haha. The STs are stiff enough to keep the car pretty flat. But pretty much everyone would agree that a rear bar is a great upgrade for the cost- you probably saved enough with the STs to pay for the bar =). It will make the car flatter, and give you a little oversteer when you get going fast enough =) If you're already under the car doing suspension, you're halfway there and might as well add the bar at the same time. VIP 23mm or NM 22mm are both much loved.

I don't know if it has been mentioned, but one way to get much closer to well made coilover levels of control on the car is to change the shocks along with the struts, I went with koni yellows because I got them for a song, but I have to say they drive and handle like a dream. With springs I was still near half the JCW coilovers, and with more control (rebound adjustment).

Obviously I am not trying to compare them to higher levels of coilover, KW v2/Bilstein PSS10 or racing quality (Moton/Ohlin).

Looks like Eibach has springs for the F55

https://www.eibach-shop.com/eibach-p...-p-529178.html

They lower the F55 25mm which is just under 1 inch

Part No. E10-57-004-04-22

I know this is an old thread, but I haven't come across anything else in my searches in terms of spacers used on stock wheels / tires (16" w/ 195 tires). Is see many are running a 13mm front, 15mm rear setup on 205s, and the math can be done to "guesstimate", but curious if you ever installed any, and if so, what size you went with and how the fitment was?
