q's on choosing lowering springs

i've decide to go with lowering springs instead of coils for now, i just don't find coils are neccessaries at the moment for me and the budget just ain't available. so now i'm hunting for a set of lowering springs.

i'm trying to look for the stiffest spring rates, probably the usual 1' lowering (maybe more if avail). i've look up a few post and stuff, and i believe the H&R are the stiffest on the market. KW and m7 drop the most?

anyone can give me more guidance? thx, jeremy
