F56 bumper

Hello everyone I have a 2015 f56 Cooper base which was a loaner car and I saw that the plastic piece holding the bumper was broken along with a piece of the bumper I took it to the dealer and they told me it wasn't covered under the warranty but I think it might be. Does anyone know if it is and/or where I could get the replacement parts? Pictures below
Also if anyone could tell me the part# for the plastic piece that is just by the windshield wiper fluid and the headlight.

If the car is within its four year warranty period and it's between the front and back of the car and it's not a consumable or accident damage then it should be warranted.

But I can see why they are saying it's not, as that looks like accident damage not a component failure. Was it that way when you bought the car from them?

Related to warranty repair, does anyone know whether a broken plastic trim clip that acts as a base to a metal screw is also covered under warranty? In the hunt for rattles, I took off one of the cover where the seat belt hangs from. It's very easy to pull off and don't even need tools for that. I think I found the source, as there was a metal screw dangling on to a broken plastic clip. The plastic is supposed to hold the screw, and no I didn't break it or caused any force. I can't even pull it out because the plastic side is behind a steel panel. As a temporary measure, I put foam tape over the screw so that it doesn't rattle anymore. I'll ask them to fix it on my next visit.
