Currently have an '04 MC ....but am thinking of the 4 Door Hard Top ....because a grand kid is on the way ...anyone have any experience, or thoughts, on how easy it is to maneuver using a car seat in the 4 Door?

 

At my age I should have grandkids, but started a bit late at the parenthood thing. I have a 4 door hardtop, I do not see any problem with putting a car seat back there.

 

Works for 3 and 5 year old. The seat with harness can seat even younger, and be converted to seat belt.

 

Rear facing would take a bit more space. Would probably have to move one of the seats forward a bit. It's very possible depending on who is sitting on the front passenger seat. Use to put rear facing seat on a 2011 R56. It worked fine but you are closer to the dashboard. The 4 door has definitely more space in the back.
