Removing MINI badge on the hood.

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone has removed the MINI emblem on the hood? Wasn't sure if it was just on there with adhesive. If that's the case, I might have to get out the hair dryer and dental floss 😉
I defintitely want to remove the COOPER letters in the back. My only concern is that my car is a year old and I'm worried that once I remove them, there may be a ghosting image of COOPER.
Any suggestions always appreciated. Thanks!

Pretty sure there is two mounting holes under the front badge. As far as removing the rear letters, if there is any differentiation, just go at it with some polish and that should take care of it.

Yeah, that's what I was worried about with the front badge. Hmm

I just watched a video of MINI's being built at the plant. Via the video, I can confirm there are two mounting holes for the MINI badge on the bonnet.
