My 45lb dog rides around with me often and at times she is left in the car for a bit. Is there a way to disable the alarm so she doesn't set it off every time she moves? My other vehicles I can lock the doors with the door button before I close it, and the doors stay locked without setting the alarm. With the MINI, the doors wont lock when the door is open. Any suggestions?

 

Hit the lock button on the remote twice. This will keep the doors and windows armed, but turns off the motion sensor and tilt sensor.
