F56 S issues Oil leak and battery discharging while stopped
So new 2015 F56 S will be going back to the dealer again, Two major issues and clean up from a recall performed on the lot.
the major issues are
1. Oil fill cap is leaking.... looks like the crankcase gets pressurized and squirts oil past the fill cap gasket. Dealer was quick to blame oil filling for the leak but was cleaned and has occurred once again.
2. Got a message today several times that there was "battery Discharging while stopped"
Car has 1800 miles on it since October 28th and is driven 18 miles roundtrip in addition to several longer trips in the 25 to 50 mile range each week.
Really bummed as I traded in a 2011 that had a failed motor....

I also have an oil leak from the fill cap area. Figured it was due to a sloppy pour when I got it, however I cleaned it up really well. Just went and looked at it after reading your post and sure enough it is leaking. Let me know what the come up with for a fix.
So Dealer will be performing another round of valve cover cleaning to remove the latest oil slick and will install an new cap.
On the battery front error resolved itself for the moment
