H&R vs. NM Lowering Springs

Is there much difference in ride quality between the two? I went with the H&R because the specs online showed only a 1.1 inch drop. The NM list the drop as 1.3 - 1.5 inches. However, the pictures people have been posting with the NM springs have looked like less drop than my H&R (I think mine dropped about 1.5 inches). I haven't been too happy with the ride and wonder if the NM would have been a better choice.

P.S. I know coilovers are the best choice but weren't in my budget.

I have the NM springs and can say that the ride quality is great. I do agree that pictures of the H&R make it look a lot lower than the 1.1 they claim. NM has lower specs but the car, at least the front, does sit higher.

I think NM's measurements are accurate based on what i measured before and after. If that's the case, maybe H&R are off on what they claim.

NM lists the drop as 1.2 and 1.3...H and R linear so they will ride rougher. NM are progressive so get stiffer under load. I researched these springs pretty hard back when I had my R57 and sent NM then. It was a no brainer this time.
