There are a few guys on here that are Photoshop wizards. They may be able to hook you up with exactly what you're looking for.

Meanwhile, I went to cars.com and searched for 3-cylinder MINI hardtops with keyword 18", and I got limited results. Here's the only one that popped up with the cone spokes:

It's an F55, however. Searching for 'spoke' results in 600+ cars to sort through.
