Ventilation feature

So tell me about this ventilation feature. Does this only cool the car down in the summer time or does this also hear the car up in the winter? And does it run off of battery or does the engine start up and run for thirty minutes or what?

You set a timer and at that time, the vents will open and let in outside air - no other systems run. After a certain time (30 minutes I think?), the vents close again. It's really just used to air out the car on those warmer days. It will not heat the car

Turn the A/C buttons off. You might need to change the mode to manual vs. automatic.

I have tried that.
I don't have climate control.
Seems all I am getting is recirculating air

Here's a diagram of your climate control

Make sure the light on button 5 (AC) is off and button 6 (air recirculation) is off
