So I find myself the proud new owner of a 2015 F56 in Thunder Gray Metallic. It is replacing my '07 R56 that unfortunately broke the timing chain and caused further damage rendering it unfix-able on my budget. I'm hoping with the new line of motors that some of the issues I had or am familiar with are no longer a problem. If anyone has any tips or insight to share please do. I think for now I'm gonna leave it mainly stock may do some minor bolt ons.

 

Congratulations! I'm not in a position to comment empirically as my MINI disembarks from the ship today. However, I think, some aesthetics at the bonnet aside, you will find the new one a big step forward...
