Go on miniusa.com and see what offers are available in your area. I believe there is some money off from the manufacturer and also 0.9% financing. The dealership themselves might not be giving you anything off.

With that said, we paid msrp as there is only one dealership in our region. Wish we got $1k off!

I was told delivery is expected to be from 6 to 8 weeks so the .9 financing might not be available by that time. The other incentives are for cars on the lot and delivery by first week of January I think.

There used to be discounts for college students, the military, and previous Mini owners.

Other than that, there may be a walk away and think about it discount

I would build your car and send it out to 6 or so dealers to see what kind of pricing they will give you. A 4,6,8 hr drive might be worth saving a grand.

$1,000 off an ordered Mini is a good price.
Proximity may be a consideration if the prices are the same between the dealers.

we were able to get 1400 off on MSRP (As per MA i got this as part of month end numbers otherwise they dont do that much 3% max) for our cooper S hard top (We ordered on 10/29 received on 12/14)

Currently Mini finance has few offers to offset MSRP based on your model you can check them..
