Where do you see that shift ****? I've searched through the 2014-2015 Hardtop accessories and there is no shift **** listed.

 

Got my $100 card in the mail today. Took delivery of my MCS manual at the end of June.

 

Just got back from the dealer. The service tech states that yes, some gearshift *****/shrouds were u attaching themselves. Mostly happens during spirited shifting. If the customer wants, they are fixing the problem by affixing the part with some sort of adhesive. It doesn't happen to all so Mini thinks it's mostly driver input. I haven't had any issues so I declined. I was told to return at anytime if there are issues and they would glue it on or replace it.

 

Got mine too and took delivery in July (manual). I'm guessing the 2013 roof rack won't fit on 2014.

Already got the $100 credit from Mini last week...hope my **** doesn't "lift off" when I'm in the middle of "aggressive" shifting (been known to do it). Will probably spend it on all-weather mats.

There's no shift **** so I just assumed it's a joke.

 

I think he bought a shift **** by Whalen.

 

I was thinking the same thing, but he wouldn't be able to use the $100. coupon with Whalen.

 

If MINI made an alternative shift ****, I'd swap mine out. I think ours is weird, but it serves the purpose.

Maybe if I wait until it's about to expire then maybe they'll have more jcw parts? :,(
