Headlight washers

Did they do away with the retractable washers on the headlights?

Not required for LED lights due to much less glare from the bulbs.

I thought it was for dirty or dusty lenses. Which is silly anyway as we Mini owners are obsessive with cleanliness. Have you ever seen a dirty Mini? I haven't (no lie).

It is, because Xenon headlights cause more glare when dirty. Since LED lights don't cause as much glare as Xenons (Even when dirty), the washers aren't needed.
