Is there a way to turn off the rev match on the Manual Tranny?

Don't quote me on this, but I believe that you have to turn off the traction control in order to disable the rev matching.

Hopefully someone else can jump in and correct me if I'm wrong.

Hold traction control for 5 seconds

Wish I'd had rev-matching on all my manual transmission cars. Why would you want to turn off such a useful feature?
