I found this link from youtube. Looks like is NHTSA test on a 2014 base model but I couldn't find any other keyword hit on internet. Maybe the information is too new!? Numbers look good except I will be extra careful when there are people sitting in the back due to the 2 stars side impact rating.
Overall Safety Rating: 4 Stars
Frontal Crash Rating: 4 Stars (Driver: 4, Passenger: 5)
Side Crash Rating: 4 Stars (Driver: 5, Passenger: 2*)
Side Pole Crash Rating: 5 Stars
Combined Side Barrier and Pole Rating: (Driver: 5, Passenger: 2)
Rollover Rating: 4 Stars
Risk of Rollover: 11.1%

Thanks for posting this... My comment is merely a general one (not specific to our cars at all).
I can't get over how absolutely terrifying those crashes look from every angle -- regardless of what car it is (we've all seen plenty of different cars / crash tests online in slow mo).
I'm just glad that we live in a day and age where we have technologies like airbags, seat belts, and all of the other safety precautions that keep us and our loved ones alive.
What we call can do is to be safe out there and control what we can - our own driving and situational awareness - as much as we can.

Pretty impressive; virtually no deformation of the passenger cell at all, and even the windshield didn't break. But where was this? It does not appear to have been at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety in Ruckersville VA where most of these tests are done.
Here is the link to the test... NHTSA...
NHTSA Mini Crash Test
The side impact results were impacted when....
"During the side impact test, the interior door panel struck the torso of the rear passenger dummy, causing a high lower spine acceleration. High lower spine accelerations, in excess of 82 g's, indicate a higher likelihood of thoracic injury."
It's not clear if this were an anomaly with this test and car or if this were a design 'feature' but this accounted for the low score on the passenger side impact.

Hopefully the Euro NCAP and IIHS tests will be out soon. I'm surprised they aren't already.

IIHS announced test results and Countryman is the only one out of 12 came out with a "good" rating in the small car group. Although it says "the designation does not apply to the two-door Mini, which hasn't been tested", I would guess that the hardtop will be at least as good given its lighter weight and same/similar material/structure.
