I know I have a different car (JCW Coupe) but you all have brand new cars and may be considering floor mats. I bought the (worthless) $100 black carpet mats for my R56 and quickly replaced them with Cocomats, and just did the same with my Coupe. I talked to the guy and they have measured the F56 so they are available. 2 fronts cost $167 including shipping and they fit perfectly, they even have the velcro circles on the near ends. The rubber is really thick/heavy so they never move even without the velcro. Don't show dirt, I just throw them upside down on the driveway to clean them off. The pictures are pretty accurate as to how they look. I highly recommend them.
I got a set for my 2002 R50 and saved them for my 2006 R50 and they are still working super ! 2 or 3 times a year I take them out and flip them over and bang them on the driveway and all the dirt comes out, brush them with a damp stiff brush and they're good to go, super product alway look good

Yeah, the Cocomats for my F56 arrived last Monday -- black w/ the red specks. Showed a picture in a thread on floor mats then. The mat for the well in the trunk/boot (didn't order that Storage Compartment) will likely arrive in a day or two. The mats are a good fit -- very pleased.
I like those a lot. Sadly, I live in WI so I need rubber mates due to the snow mess we have.
Not to worry the bottom is heavy rubber and catches all sand salt and water I live in upstate New York and have used the same cocoamats for 12 years in two different R50s!

Does the salt erode them at all though? That's been my biggest concern, salt has eaten straight through the crappy stock carpets I have in my current car.
Coco fiber is very tough and wears well here are some photos I just took not been cleaned since winter and used for 12 years in two different cars. These are black with grey dots and you can see the black dye has worn away somewhat but the fiber is still in good shape
Thanks! Definitely in better shape than my 7 year old carpet ones. Looks like the rubber insert where your heel would land likely helps a lot. I'll definitely take a look at these.
More than anything is the way they handle sand and dirt as well as small stones, they disappear into the fiber immediately and work their way to the heavy duty rubber mat and don't sit on top like on a rubber mat or carpet
I have had mine since 2009 (black/gray dots), no fading yet, they wear like iron - be sure to use the link above as there are numerous lesser versions out there.
I sent away for some samples. I didn't see on their website, but how do you clean them? Just vacuum? It looks like they may not be made for hosing off. But it looks like dirt could really get worked into the fibers and you'd never get them clean.
You can probably vacuum them with one that doesn't have a brush. But what I did for 7 years was just thrown them upside down on the driveway. The dirt/sand just comes out off the fibers. They look perfect.

As noted earlier in this thread, and did mine for probably the 100th in the 12 years I've had mine today,
I bang them on the driveway face down to get sand and stones out then brush with a damp stiff bristle brush and they look great for the next few months.
