New F56 Incentive announced...
Just saw that they have now added an 'up to $300 credit' on your 1st month's payment in addition to the $250 loyalty credit. Not sure if the 3.19 APR still exists. Also, if you are currently in a lease that's ending soon, you can end it up to six months early and they will cover those payments. Not too shabby.
Of course, I am getting screwed as I want a 2013 and it's the ONLY year without any incentives! Way to go MINI.
All the other 2014's have $500 loyalty credit and even the 2011 and 2012 CPO's have $350 credit and 0.9-1.9% APR. Figures.
So irritating...

Has anyone had experience with returning leases early to buy another car? Is there any penalty from the current manufacturer or does mini pay for it all. Any limit?
I have a lease on a Lexus ct200. Nice car and good mileage but booooorrrrriiinnnnggggg.

I believe it only applies to current MINI leases, not customers with other brands now interested in MINI.
I can tell you from personal experience, as well as working in the automotive industry. You can trade in a Lease to any dealership you choose no matter how long you have had the lease. The dealership would need to contact whoever you have your lease with and request a payoff quote. Now, if you have negative equity it will be rolled into your next loan or lease. So let's say you have a vehicle that you owe $26k on, this is what is required to satisfy the lease, and the dealership says that your vehicle is worth $20k so they will give you that toward your trade....the other $6k will be added to the total amount financed of your next vehicle, so say you find a MINI at $30k after everything is said and done you will be financing $36k plus any sales taxes, fees, etc.....so just keep that in mind.
