F56 campaign in the Netherlands

So, here in the Netherlands the marketing campaign has also started. You can book a testdrive in a so called GoPro MINI and have your one vid. It's a Cooper in the dashing color Volcano Orange. Took my son with me, he enjoys this kind of stuff

This is our vid:

The new 3 cilinder Cooper engine is a nice one, got enough power in most circumstances. Ride is very much like a MINI, felt like coming home. It has been a year since my Clubman S was stolen and I have driven one.

After the GoPro testdrive also had a ride in a Cooper S Automatic, the auto is fine, but I prefer the manual, it didn't have the optional paddles at the steering wheel though, so that might be an other experience. I do like the "broap" sound in the exhaust when changing gear.

Thanks, was the first time driving a MINI again after my Clubman S was stolen last year. Really enjoyed it and reminded me of the reason why I drove MINI before.

Wow - there would be a public outcry here in Canada if a child was allowed to drive on daddy's lap and it was captured on video! I'm sure even Mini HQ would not be impressed.
No judgement here - just aware that the modern world is very safety conscious.

By modern world you mean North America I pressume, because in Europe we mostly think you're overly sensitive about these things

To clarify a bit more, it was on an abonded road with no other traffic, we where doing about 15km/h, and the Mini employee, sitting in the car also, encouraged me to do that to get some nice shots. Oh, and after that I let my son do some burnouts on his own

And many (minority?) of us here would agree with you
