Just found out my car has been at the port for almost a month because it has a damaged door speaker grille and they're waiting for the part but it's on back order. Should I ask for a discount now?

 

I would first ask that it be delivered and the speaker cover be replaced here at your convenience. I don't see them giving you a discount but you could certainly get them to throw in something along the lines of an arm rest or something similar.
