Does this cloth come with leather or leatherette? It sounds too good to be true.

You're right ... the JCW Interior Package for the Cooper is $600. When ordering with the JCW Interior Package the Sport Package savings drop from $350 to $100.

I'm thinking leatherette at that price. BMW isn't in the business of "sounds to good to be true" stories lol. Is that JCW interior pkg new, I don't remember seeing it when I built mine for fun awhile back.

Since the other Leatherette/Cloth seats are $750, I would think the Double Stripe seats are all cloth.

Aside from saving $50 each on the Steering Wheel, Headliner and (in the case of the Cooper) Sport Seats, you have to add in the cost of Stainless Steel Pedals, Shift **** and Door Sill Plates.

My 2002 R53 was built prior to steel pedals being standard and I had to buy the whole accelerator pedal assembly to upgrade my pedals. If the F56 is the same that assembly isn't going to be cheap.

Update ...

The Stainless Steel Pedal Retrofit Kit for the F56 is the same as for the R56 ... typical dealer parts pricing almost $200 ...

IMO, blue and green are the best colors for this car. Only reason I chose green is because I've never owned a green car before. But I would probably rate blue as the best overall color for the F56!

The JCW package is one of the best deals on the F56. If you are adding sport seats to the Cooper, its a no brainer for all that stuff only $350 more!

My wife is waffling on what she will get. She has a 2004 Solid Gold MC, a relatively rare color and we've had it for 10 years so it's going to be hard to change. She'd love to see Spice Orange or the lighter blues. She's always been a fan of pepper white though. Of course if they'd offer a genuine flat, Jag-like BRG I'd have that.

Yes, we will likely be a two-F56 family. We've been all-MINI since I joined her in 2007.

Leatherette looks great in my car. I wouldn't spend extra money on leather.
