So, 2015 Cooper S 2.0T.
Its been like this for a while, finally getting around to trying to figure it out. Like I said in the title, put it in reverse, I get the following message "no parking assistance" I hit ok and it goes to the camera which works just fine, the lines show and all but no beeps, no sounds of any kind. I took a few pictures and also 2 of the sensors look like this. Not sure of that has anything to do with it.

Could it be only 1 sensor that's screwed up? Is it all of the sensors? Anyway to figure out if its 1, 2 ,3 or all 4 sensors? There are no codes in reference to a sensor either. I did check the fuse and that was fine. Well, I think i checked the right fuse.



PS. yes its a bit dusty LOL

 

What tool did you use to check for codes? I had a similar message pop up in my Countryman, and there was a code for the passenger side outer sensor. I swapped it with the drivers side corner, and the code went away. (I think it was a faulty connection)
